So, we find ourselves now part of a huge social working experiment. Working from home is the new norm and I’ve had to shift my entire team into the new age and still produce the same results and I’m dedicating this post to those who find themselves in a similar situation and who wish to continue team building activities remotely.
Tools I have Found Invaluable
- Microsoft Teams – Teams has allowed me to continue my daily rhythms and conduct my block meetings. We can play games like scategories and quizzes and I can contact agents instantaneously.
- HouseParty – If you’re looking for a way to have a bit of fun and break up the monotony you can play games like Heads Up!, Trivia, Chips and Guac, and Quick Draw, and each game can have up to eight players at once, all connected via video link. (just search for it in your Apps Store)
