I worked my way through the ranks starting off as an outbound sales agent and moved through businesses and held job titles just as Team Leader, Sales Trainer, Business Development Manager, Program Manager, Campaign Manager, Outbound Sales Manager and Sales Manager.
I’ve looked after cold calling, warm calling, inbound and outbound sales agents across a variety of sectors including I.T, Telecommunications, Energy, FMCG and more.
I have always put myself in a position where I have an investment in my teams success and I’ve smashed and broken sales records, set new and higher targets for myself and helped others achieve greatness.
